Cop Tasers Kid For Refusing to Wash His Car

Police Officer Tazes Boy For Not Washing His Patrol Car

A New Mexico police officer, Christopher Webb was suspended for three days after he allegedly Tasered a 10 year old boy at school.

Officer Webb was visiting the school in May for Career Day and apparently asked a group of students if they would like to wash his police car.  10 year old "R.D" jokingly said no.  Webb then said to "R.D," "Let me show you what happens to people who do not listen to police."

The child was then hit in the chest with 50,000 volts and blacked out.

Officer Webb says that the Taser was discharged on accident.

The barbs left burns on "R.D's" chest and the lawsuit claims that he now has post-traumatic stress disorder, waking up clutching his chest in the middle of the night.
